Definitions

1. Shipping Area
We currently provide shipping services within Malaysia only.
We do not provide international shipping. Orders with delivery addresses outside Malaysia will not be accepted.
2. Shipping Fee
Free shipping is available on all orders within Malaysia.
There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout for deliveries within Malaysia, unless otherwise stated.
3. Processing Time
Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Please ensure that your delivery information, including your name, phone number and delivery address, is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are expected to be delivered within 7 days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Overnight Delivery
We do not provide overnight or next-day delivery services.
Customers should allow sufficient time for their orders to be processed and delivered within the stated delivery period.
6. Delivery Address
Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your Order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the Order has been processed or shipped.
7. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver Orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
